- Detailed visual and/or tactile inspection conducted on the architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical components of each building including process equipment and common systems of each building.
- Identification of deficiencies and Class D cost estimation of interventions
- Development of the asset maintenance master plan for the entire real estate portfolio using Uniformat code level 3
Deliverables
In the form of an Excel spreadsheet that can be adapted to any software with ease of data updates.
- Inventory of components for each building including process equipment and health assessment of each building,
- List of building deficiencies and assessment of costs associated with necessary interventions until 2035 including an evaluation of risks induced by the deficiencies
- List of deficiencies of equipment and process and common systems and assessment of costs associated with necessary interventions until 2035 including an evaluation of risks induced by the deficiencies
Photo register of observed deficiencies. The photos are organized by building with a precise nomenclature approved by the municipality
