Methodology
- Detailed visual and/or tactile inspection conducted on the architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical components of each building.
- Identification of deficiencies and Class D cost estimation for interventions
- Development of the asset maintenance master plan for the entire real estate portfolio using Uniformat code level 2, level 4
Deliverables
In the form of an Excel spreadsheet that can be adapted to any software with ease of data updates.
- Inventory of the components of each building and health assessment of each building,
- List of building deficiencies and assessment of costs associated with necessary interventions until 2034, including an evaluation of risks induced by the deficiencies
- Photo register of observed deficiencies. The photos are categorized by building with a precise nomenclature approved by the municipality.
