Audit and asset maintenance master plan for the buildings of 11 municipalities in the MRC du Fjord-de-Saguenay including process equipment and common systems

· Approximately 200 buildings audited for a total area of about 80,000 m2

· Diverse real estate portfolio

· Coordination of a multidisciplinary team composed of electrical, structural, building mechanical, and process mechanical engineers

· Detailed visual and/or tactile inspection conducted on the architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical components of each building, including process equipment and common systems.

· Identification of deficiencies and Class D cost estimation of interventions

· Development of the asset maintenance master plan for the entire real estate portfolio using the Uniformat 2 level 3 code.

In the form of an Excel spreadsheet that can be adapted to any software with ease of data updates.

· Inventory of the components of each building and health assessment of each building,

· List of building deficiencies and assessment of costs associated with necessary interventions until 2034, including an assessment of risks induced by the deficiencies

· List of deficiencies of equipment and common processes and systems, and assessment of costs associated with necessary interventions until 2034, including an assessment of risks induced by the deficiencies

· Photo register of observed deficiencies. The photos are categorized by building with a precise nomenclature approved by the municipality.
